Utilization of Your Registration Information

• Collect contact information so that you can be paid honoraria for your responses.
• Collect background information on your experience in healthcare so that you are sent appropriate surveys.
• Obtain password information so that your data is secure.
• Obtain username so that you can enter our website and update your information.

• Obtain information such as method of desired payment and your social security number so that your honoraria can be processed appropriately and proper government tax forms can be filed.

Utilization of Information Provided in the Survey process

• RXOPINIONSNOW collects information from you to provide healthcare marketing research firms with information for marketing purposes.
• The information provided is only used in aggregate with other medical professionals who have completed the survey.
• Respondent identification is replaced by a numerical ID when provided to marketing research firms to protect your identity.
• Sometimes a marketing research firm may request to follow-up with a respondent. In such cases, the RXOPINIONSNOW will contact you for permission to forward your contact information to the marketing research firm.
• The honoraria and length of interview will be clearly shown in the invitation of a survey.

• RXOPINIONSNOW collects information about your browser to enhance your survey experience.
• RXOPINIONSNOW collects information about your IP address to prevent marketing research firms from collecting information from the same respondent more than once. If a respondent responds to the same survey more than once, the respondent will only receive honoraria for their first response.

Other Important Information

• A panel member may unsubscribe from the panel at any time.
• When a panel member leaves the panel, all registration information is removed from the panel database. Therefore, a panel member should obtain any outstanding honoraria prior to unsubscribing from the panel.
• RXOPINIONSNOW ownership may be sold or transferred over time. Any sale or transfer of the company will likely include the panel database. You will be notified of such a sale or transfer and you can elect to remove yourself from the panel at that time.
• RXOPINIONSNOW will provide legal authorities with your information, but only if required by law.
